DigitalTRACE 2026 Updates

We are pleased to announce multiple dPCR product updates at the upcoming EFI2026 meeting. Here are a few examples. We will also have a QIAcuity in our booth #8 for those customers who would like to see the easy-to-use automated dPCR system.

46 Markers Available for Genotyping

The DigitalTRACE Genotyping Plate now includes 46 markers for an increased probability of finding informative assays

Y Chromosome Marker

Assay 861, a marker specific to the human Y chromosome, has been added to the DigitalTRACE Genotyping Plate. This allows to identify male DNA in mixed samples by subsequent monitoring experiments

Support for Additional dPCR Instruments

The TRACE Analysis Software now supports the QIAcuity Dx and Biorad QX600 and QX700 dPCR instruments
