Our software, developed for the chimerism monitoring after hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation, is now also supporting the new QX600 Droplet Digital PCR System. This new instrument from Biorad enables accurate quantification in combination with advanced six-color (FAM, HEX, Cy5, Cy5.5, ROX, and ATTO 590) multiplexing.

We are proud to announce that we have recently developed the Extended Panel Genotyping Plate for QIAcuity, allowing our customers to use additional 27 markers in their 4-color digital PCR genotyping analysis. The new plate brings the total number of markers available in the 4-colour genotyping to 70, making DigitalTRACE by far the broadest panel of INDEL markers for multicolor dPCR chimerism analysis currently available on the market.
