We are proud to announce that we have recently developed the Extended Panel Genotyping Plate for QIAcuity, allowing our customers to use additional 27 markers in their 4-color digital PCR genotyping analysis. The new plate brings the total number of markers available in the 4-colour genotyping to 70, making DigitalTRACE by far the broadest panel of INDEL markers for multicolor dPCR chimerism analysis currently available on the market.

JETA Molecular has recently developed six new assays for the increasingly popular panel of HLA TRACE™ Assays, designed to monitor the loss of HLA heterozygosity following haploidentical HSCT. All the new HLA assays target alleles from MHC Class B.
