To evaluate performance of the QTRACE® Analysis System, JETA Molecular has been participating in various external proficiency schemes (UK NEQAS, ASHI, EFS, INSTAND) for POST-SCT chimerism monitoring, consistently achieving excellent results.

These results, together with an analysis of the agreement of the qPCR and STR method for chimerism quantification, were presented at the ASHI 46th Annual Meeting on October 19-21, 2020. For the first time, this meeting was held fully virtually.
